Black Friday - Cyber Monday Weekend Policy

Event Duration:
The Black Friday - Cyber Monday sale runs from Friday, November 29th, 2024, through Monday, December 2nd, 2024.

Return Policy:

1. Items Purchased at 25% Off:

   • Products discounted at 30% off are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.
   • Returns within the first 15 days are eligible for a refund to the original payment method or store credit.
   • Returns between 15 and 30 days are eligible for store credit only.

2. Items Discounted At or Above 35%:

   • Non-returnable: Any items discounted at or above 35% during the Black Friday - Cyber Monday sale are final sale and cannot be returned.
   • This condition is clearly marked on the product pages of applicable items.

3. Non-Returnable Items Sent Back:

   • If non-returnable items are sent back with returnable items, the non-returnable items will not be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for any form of refund (store credit or original payment method).

Discount and Loyalty Program Restrictions:

• Discount codes and loyalty program codes are inactive during the Black Friday - Cyber Monday event (November 29th – December 2nd, 2024).
• Customers with store credit may use their credit during the event.

Shipping Times:

• Potential Delays: Due to increased shipping volumes during this time of year, shipping times may be longer than usual.
• We are in close contact with our transport partners (USPS, UPS, DHL) and have been informed that transit times may experience delays. Please plan accordingly.
