The Black Friday – Cyber Monday sale runs from Friday November 21, 2025 through to Monday, December 1, 2025 (Cyber Monday), end of day.

Return Policy

Items Purchased Below 40% Off

Products discounted up to 39% off remain eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.

• Returns within the first 15 days: Refund to the original payment method or store credit.

• Returns between 15 and 30 days: Store credit only.

Items Discounted at 40% Off or More — FINAL SALE

Any product discounted at 40% off or more during the Black Friday – Cyber Monday event is considered Final Sale.

• These items are clearly marked with a red “Final Sale” badge on their product pages for full visibility.

• Final Sale Definition:

  • Items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items cannot be refunded to the original payment method or store credit.

  • This applies whether the item is purchased while marked Final Sale or afterward, as long as it was purchased during the period it was designated as Final Sale.

Non-Returnable Items Sent Back

If Final Sale items (40%+ off) are sent back to us:

• They will not be refunded (store credit or original payment method).

• They will not be returned to the customer.
